About Mrs. Capizzani
I have lived in Stokes County my entire life and went to school at King Elementary, Mount Olive, Chestnut Grove, & West Stokes. After high school, I left King and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Heels!) and graduated in 2011 with a degree in Middle Grades Math & Social Studies. This school year, 2019-20, is my 9th year teaching (all at CGMS)! I have been married to my husband/best friend, Mike, for 3 years and we have a 1 year old little girl. My favorite things to do include reading, doing puzzles, watching movies, & going hiking.
I love teaching, and I hope to make math enjoyable for all my students so that they will learn to love it like I do. It is important to me that the classroom is built on trust and is used to build one another up in a positive way. With that being said, we will laugh a lot, have fun, and learn some math along the way. :)
